Volunteer Spotlight- Josephine Glick- Promotion Committee Chair

Meet Main Street Volunteer Josephine Glick, our new Promotions Committee Chair!
My name is Josephine Glick. I am 27 years old and am from Independence, Missouri, a suburb of Kansas City. I have a husband, Chris, who is the store Director for Hy-Vee and a 3-year-old son, Michael. I attended the University of Missouri-Columbia to study Psychology. I previously worked at Hy-Vee as a cake decorator for 9 years and continue to work at Sephora in Independence, Missouri as a Makeup Artist and Skincare Specialist. I am a creative person who enjoys applying makeup, decorating cakes, painting, and drawing. I joined Main street Centerville to make friends and to help organize events that help with the restoration of our historic town square and promote our community in a positive matter! Please join us in welcoming Josephine to our program and their family to our community, what a great addition they are!

Main Street Centerville Volunteer Spotlight

Main Street Centerville Volunteer Spotlight

My name is Dustin Harvey and I am originally from Humboldt, Iowa. I moved to Centerville in February of 2017 to take the Marketing Officer position with Iowa Trust and Savings Bank. My Wife, Annette (Bennett) Harvey, grew up here and her parents are Dan and Nancy Bennett of Dannco. We decided to settle down in Iowa after Annette’s career with the Air Force came to a close. We want the small town life again for our children to grow up in. We have 3 kids, Kinley-8, Reese-6 and Bennett-3. I am part of the Main Street Business Development committee because it relates to my Marketing position for the bank. The Business Development committee is essentially a business resource group for the City of Centerville. I was recruited by Pat McAfee who is Annette’s aunt, to be a part of this group. I accepted as I want to become a valued member of this great city. The Business Development committee is a valuable resource for all businesses within Centerville’s Main Street district. We have seasoned volunteers who either own their own business or are key managers within their current business. We are here to help your business grow and we want you to succeed. Stop by and see us today to see how we can help you and your business today!
